Our Executive Officer and Qualifying Broker, brings over 30 years of experience in real estate. From new construction and mortgage lending to real estate sales and investing, Joshua’s comprehensive knowledge ensures our clients receive expert guidance at every stage. A licensed Realtor® since 2012, he oversees sales and acquisitions for 505 Housing.
Norma Ortega
Director of Operations, serves as the backbone of our day-to-day property management. An experienced rental property owner herself, Norma understands both the operational and strategic sides of multifamily investing. She also serves as our Affordable Housing Liaison and, together with her husband, co-owns Blue House Management and Investments in Albuquerque.
Saul Valdez
Leads our physical operations as the Director of Maintenance and Rehab Projects. With decades of hands-on construction experience, Saul manages property repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects. Alongside Norma, he co-owns Blue House Management and Investments.
Together, our leadership team combines investment expertise, operational excellence, and construction management to offer a fully integrated approach to property management.
