The 505benefits package gives residents access to helpful tools, support services, and third-party benefit programs that can support daily rental living, from flexible rent payment options to pest support, air filter delivery, credit building, resident rewards, identity protection, and move-in utility help.

Built to Make Renting Easier

The 505benefits package is designed to help residents stay organized, protect their home experience, and access useful services during their lease. Some benefits are provided through 505housing Property Management. Others are provided through trusted third-party service partners.

Split Rent Into Smaller Payments

Eligible residents may be able to split rent into two smaller payments instead of paying the full rent all at once.

With Flex Rent, approved residents may be able to split monthly rent into two payments during the month. This can help you plan around paydays, manage monthly cash flow, and reduce the pressure of one large rent payment.

Flex is a third-party service. Approval is not guaranteed. Fees, payment timing, credit line amount, eligibility, and terms are handled through Flex.

Pest Support When You Need It

If you see visible pest activity, you may be able to submit a pest request online.

The 505benefits package may include pest support through Pest Share. This gives residents a simple way to report visible pest activity online and receive updates from Pest Share or the assigned service provider.

How it helps:

  • Get help for covered pest issues

  • Receive updates by phone or email

  • Access coordinated pest service support

Pest support is not for routine preventative service. Requests may require photos or evidence and are reviewed before service is approved.

Air Filters Delivered to Your Door

If your home requires air filters, the 505benefits package may include air filter delivery. Filters are sent on a regular schedule so you can replace them when needed and help keep your HVAC system running more efficiently.

Filter delivery depends on your home, lease, and program setup. For filter or delivery questions, residents can contact Second Nature support.

Your on-time rent payments may help support your credit profile.

The 505benefits package may include credit building through rent payment reporting. When rent is paid on time and the account is set up properly, eligible rent payment history may be reported to major credit bureaus.

  • Available for eligible adult leaseholders

Credit results vary. 505housing does not guarantee credit score changes, approval outcomes, loan terms, or credit reporting results.

The 505benefits package may include identity protection for adult leaseholders through Aura. This can include monitoring, alerts for suspicious activity, and support if identity theft occurs.

  • Dark web monitoring

  • Suspicious activity alerts

  • Support through Aura

  • Identity theft coverage may be included

Aura administers identity protection services. Residents should review Aura’s current terms, coverage details, and support instructions.

Move-In Utility Help

A simpler way to get utilities and move-in services organized.

Moving comes with a lot of details. Move-In Concierge support may help you set up required utilities and other move-in services before you settle into your home.

How it helps:

  • Helps with utility setup

  • Reduces move-in phone calls

  • Helps organize required services

  • Useful before move-in day

You are still responsible for knowing which utilities must be placed in your name under your lease. Move-In Concierge helps with move-in setup, not move-out utility cancellation.
